We built Posify as an offline-first desktop POS using Tauri and Rust, with a local SQLite database for instant, reliable transactions and background sync to Supabase whenever a connection is available.
Result
Businesses can process sales, manage inventory, and generate reports even during internet outages, with data syncing automatically once connectivity returns.
